How to Park and Pause your Ride
If you need to briefly leave your vehicle, you can utilize the pause feature.
Key Rules & Charges
Duration: You can pause your ride without any limitation of time.
Security: Pausing automatically locks the vehicle, preventing unauthorized use.
Group Rides: Pausing is currently not available for Group Rides. Instead, pause every single ride from the App
Charges: You will continue to be charged during the pause period. The exact pause rate will be displayed when you tap the pause button during your trip.
How to Pause Your Ride
Initiate Pause: Open the app and on the screen tap the 3 Bar Icon at the right most side of the active ride bar. Then from the pop-up screen tap Pause and Lock Vehicle Button screen.
Helmet Security: If your vehicle provides a helmet, you may be prompted to secure it during the pause period.
To Resume or Restart: When you are ready to continue, simply tap the 3 Bar Icon again of the active ride bar, and tap Restart and Unlock Vehicle Button in the app.
