How to Start a Group Ride (Tag-a-Ride)
Sharing rides should always mean sharing fun — not risks.
Riding is more fun when shared — and with RideON PH, you can invite your friends or family to join the experience!
Our Tag-a-Ride feature lets you unlock multiple scooters under your account, so everyone can ride together — easily and securely.
Eligibility
The Tag-a-Ride feature isn’t available right away for new users. To ensure responsible riding, this feature unlocks once you’ve built a good riding record with RideON PH.
Once eligible, you’ll see the “Tag a Ride” button appear on your Ride screen.
What You Can Do
You can tag up to four (4) additional rides under your account.
Tagged riders don’t need to log in or use the app — everything is handled through your account.
All ride payments will be automatically charged to your wallet balance.
Just make sure to maintain enough balance based on your selected pricing plan.
⚠️ Important: Accounts with negative balances may incur penalties or have certain features (like Tag-a-Ride) temporarily disabled.
How to Tag a Ride
Start your own ride by scanning the QR code of your scooter.
Once your ride is active, tap the “Tag a Ride” button at the bottom of the screen.
Scan the QR code of the additional scooter(s) you want to tag.
Wait for the confirmation — and that’s it!
Your tagged scooters are now linked to your account, and your group is ready to roll.
Ride Responsibly, Together
When riding with friends or family, remember that the primary rider (you) is responsible for all tagged scooters.
Please ensure everyone follows RideON PH’s safety rules, traffic regulations, and proper parking guidelines.
