To make sure your RideON experience stays smooth and hassle-free, here are a few helpful tips and reminders when adding funds to your wallet:

Minimum and Maximum Top-Up Amounts

  • The minimum top-up amount is ₱100.

  • You can top-up up to ₱2,000 per transaction (depending on your payment provider’s limits).

  • If you need a larger balance for frequent rides, you can perform multiple top-ups.

Real-Time Wallet Updates

  • Your RideON Wallet balance updates automatically right after successful payment.

  • If your balance doesn’t appear right away, try refreshing the app or checking your transaction history after a few minutes.

Payment Safety

  • All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-compliant gateways.

  • RideON PH never stores sensitive payment details such as card numbers or wallet credentials.

  • For added safety, only top-up through the official RideON PH app.

Receipts and Transaction History

  • Every top-up comes with a digital receipt viewable in your app’s Wallet → Transaction History section.

  • You’ll also receive a confirmation notification after each successful payment.

Failed or Pending Payments

  • If a payment doesn’t go through or remains pending, don’t worry — funds are usually automatically reversed by your payment provider within 24–48 hours.

  • You can also contact RideON PH Support through the app for help verifying your payment status.

Refunds and Unused Balance

  • Your wallet balance does not expire and can be used anytime.

  • Refunds for unused balances are available only under specific conditions (e.g., account closure or technical errors) and are subject to approval by RideON PH Support.
