Restarting Your Vehicle After Shutdown
A vehicle shutdown usually occurs due to a policy violation or system error. These are the primary reasons for your ride termination:
1. Common Shutdown Causes
Geofence Violation: You exited the defined operational service zone.
Insufficient Funds: Your e-wallet balance became negative.
App Termination: The app was forcefully closed during an active ride.
2. How to Restart Your Scooter
If the vehicle has shut down and you are still within the operational area, you can attempt a restart:
Access Ride Menu: Open the app and locate the active ride details or the Menu Icon (often three lines) on the main ride screen.
Open Options: Tap the Menu Icon to open the ride options pop-up screen.
Initiate Restart: Select Restart and Unlock Vehicle (typically near the 'Pause Ride' button).
The scooter will receive the command and resume operation.
⚠️ Important App Management Note
To ensure an active ride remains uninterrupted:
The app can be run in the background.
The phone screen can be turned off.
Crucially: If you forcefully close or terminate the app, the system has only a 3-to-5-minute window to receive a "heartbeat" signal. Failure to receive this signal will cause the vehicle to shut down automatically for security reasons.
