RideON PH is built with advanced safety technology that works quietly in the background — so you can focus on enjoying your ride while staying protected.
Our scooters and e-bikes are equipped with intelligent sensors, GPS tracking, and automated safety controls — all connected to the RideON PH app to ensure every ride is smooth, safe, and within proper limits.
1. Geofence Protection
Each RideON PH scooter operates within a defined safe zone, also known as a geofence.
If you approach the edge of the allowed area, you’ll receive repeated warnings through the app and scooter.
If you continue outside the zone, the vehicle will automatically slow down and eventually shut off safely until it’s returned to the permitted area.
2. Auto Slow-Down Zones
The RideON PH app automatically detects restricted or high-traffic areas (like malls, parks, or near pedestrian lanes).
When entering these areas, your scooter will gently reduce speed for your safety and the safety of others — no manual adjustment needed.
3. Smart Docking & Charging
Every RideON Terminal features secure docking stations that serve as both parking and charging points.
When you dock your scooter, it automatically locks, stops billing, and begins recharging — ensuring the next ride is always powered and ready.
4. Ride Monitoring & Alerts
The RideON PH system monitors your speed, route, and ride duration in real time.
You’ll receive notifications and gentle alerts if you exceed speed limits or unsafe behavior is detected, nearing zero balance, and negative balance.
This helps promote responsible riding and ensures your account remains in good standing.
5. Theft and Misuse Prevention
Every RideON scooter is equipped with real-time GPS tracking and remote lock control.
If a scooter is moved without authorization, the system will immediately alert our operations team and lock the vehicle remotely for security.
Forcing the scooter to moved without starting, will also trigger a reverse force and will alarm the scooter
6. Weather and Battery Safety
Smart sensors detect battery temperature and environmental conditions.
If it’s unsafe to ride (e.g., heavy rain, low visibility, or low battery), the system may limit availability or prompt users to return to the nearest terminal.
